Established in 2004, Shanghai Linghang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. In 2015, Weihai Nanhai International Rescue Procurement Co., Ltd. was established to provide medical procurement services for projects such as the United Nations. In 2019, Weihai Huatan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was set up with the core business of developing the East Africa Commercial & logistics industrial park and establishing a platform for Sino-African economic and trade cooperation. The same year, the East Africa Commercial & Logistics Center Management Co., Ltd. was established in Tanzania to professionally manage and operate the East Africa Commercial & logistics industrial park. To meet the needs of business development, Hunan Linghang to Africa Cooperation Group was founded in 2021 to further promote Sino-African economic and trade relations and people-to-people exchanges. In November 2024, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar, visited the Shanghai headquarter in person and awarded Linghang Group as Zanzibar's Economic, Commercial, Trade, and Tourism Representative Office in China.

Weihai Huatan Supply Chain Management Co., LTD

Actively responding to the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "Go Out" strategy, Linghang Group established Weihai Huatan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatan Corporation") in 2019 concentrating on Sino-African business operation. Huatan Corporation focuses on supply chain management, international trade, and the establishment of economic and trade cooperation platforms with Africa. It has multiple subsidiaries and branches overseas, directly dispatching nearly 100 employees abroad and employing over 3,000 local staff members. Since its establishment, Huatan Corporation has grown rapidly, with an average annual trade volume increase of over 40% in the past five years. In 2024, it realized an import and export trade volume of 2 billion RMB. The East Africa Commercial & logistics Industrial Park Comprehensive Service Cooperation Zone, which it has developed as a platform for economic and trade cooperation with Africa, generated a value of 310 million USD in 2024, helping hundreds of Chinese enterprises secure orders in Africa.

To develop the East Africa Commercial & Logistics Industrial Park Comprehensive Service Cooperation Zone. The East Africa Commercial & Logistics Industrial Park Comprehensive Service Cooperation Zone (referred to as "the Cooperation Zone") has a total investment of $200 million and a total construction area of 117,700 square meters. It is planned as "one zone with multiple parks," comprising the East Africa Commercial & Logistics Center (EACLC), Huatan Overseas Warehouse, Overseas Exhibition Center, and Zanzibar Airport Bonded Storage and Logistics Park. It is equipped with cross-border e-commerce platforms and can provide various services such as offline transactions, exhibitions, business meetings, logistics storage, cross-border e-commerce, supply chain finance, processing and assembly, re-export trade, and cross-border business processing in a one-stop manner. This zone serves as a bridge and link for economic and trade cooperation between China and Tanzania, and to a higher degree between China and Africa. In November 2021, the Cooperation Zone was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce as a provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, becoming the first provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation park approved in Weihai City. At the third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum in October 2023, the Cooperation Zone was included in the list of practical cooperation projects and officially became a national key project.

Linghang Tanzania Co., LTD (referred to as "Linghang Tanzania") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linghang Group established in Tanzania. It is a comprehensive service company primarily engaged in international trade, investment consulting, resource matching, agricultural development, international tourism, and business hospitality, actively expanding various businesses in Tanzania and neighboring countries.

With over a decade of development in Tanzania, Linghang Tanzania has become well-versed in the local social system, laws and regulations, and customs, maintaining good relations with the government and other institutions. (short for "Linghang Food") in the Nanhai New Area of Weihai, establishing a production and R&D base covering nearly 200 acres with a planned total investment of 500 million RMB over the medium to long term. The core development philosophy of Linghang Food is to look globally, prioritize quality, build a good reputation, and create a brand. In January 2014, Linghang Food obtained the filing certificate for export food production enterprises. Through continuous efforts, it has acquired multiple international food quality management system certificates, including "HACCP,""BRC,""HALAL," and "FDA," as well as two invention patents. In 2015, Linghang Food was authorized by the United Nations International Rescue Development Procurement Center (AIDC) to supply for various institutions under the United Nations, international intergovernmental organizations, and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Shanghai Linghang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Guangdong Branch mainly engages in bulk commodity trade, with products primarily including rice, wheat, and sugar. It imports rice from Pakistan, Vietnam, and Thailand, wheat from Canada, Australia, Ukraine, and Russia, and sugar from Brazil and Vietnam. The company collaborates with large state-owned enterprises and private companies domestically, through both consignment and agency import methods, with an annual business volume exceeding 1 billion yuan.

Aid & International Development Center for Procurement (Asia) Co., Ltd

Aid & International Development Center for Procurement (Asia) Co., Ltd(referred to as "Nanhai Aid") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Linghang Group. It holds operating permits for Class I, II, and III medical devices and accessories from the state, and has been approved as a designated supplier for UN international rescue projects, undertaking significant government procurement tasks internationally. The main purposes of the purchased items include project assistance, emergency rescue, material reserves, and post-disaster reconstruction. Additionally, it procures medical devices, civilian engineering supplies, and food hygiene materials required by various UN agencies. At the beginning of 2020, the global outbreak of COVID-19 led to widespread shortages of epidemic prevention supplies among governments and people worldwide. Nanhai Aid mobilized all resources and efforts to find ventilators, protective suits, masks, gloves, and other epidemic prevention supplies for overseas buyers. In just one month, it procured nearly a hundred ventilators and millions of medical masks. In 2020, Nanhai Aid provided nearly a thousand ventilators, three million sets of protective suits, and tens of millions of various gloves to over ten buyers from Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and other regions, with a total value of 430 million yuan. Nanhai Aid always regards "providing urgently needed supplies to those in need around the world" as its mission, adhering to the service principle of "time first, efficiency first," and delivers various supplies at the lowest prices and fastest speeds through official UN channels to people worldwide.
